I have been working in the Call Center of Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter for over 2 years and have the pleasure of being the company’s first point of contact. I enjoy establishing trusting relationships with clients and ensuring them that they have called the right place. I start my workday at 6:30 am, making coffee for the team and always greeting them with a positive attitude. My priority is online appointment requests and answering phones to assist clients with a plumbing appointment. I have over 10 years’ of experience in customer service and truly love my job. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. I always go above & beyond to make sure my client’s are happy and feel taken care of. I believe it’s important to be loving, caring, and loyal.
