Hannah has been with Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter for over 5 years as our Call Center Manager. Hannah started working in the call center/dispatch field with over 10 years of experience. Hannah brings new and fresh ideas to the team. As our company grew, Hannah was named Call Center/Dispatch manage and has made huge improvements to those teams. Hannah is very knowledgeable and empathetic to her team and credits that to her own success in the MCP call center. Hannah believes loyalty is key to success and stability of any long-lasting relationship and carries that to her clients and colleagues. When Hannah is not working you can find her spending time with her family. Hannah sees MCP as her second home, and reminds us “If you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine”.
