I have been with Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter since 2016, in the Call Center. My priority is to make sure every client is happy and feels like they are being taken care of when we connect by phone. I understand that clients can be overwhelmed and frustrated when faced with plumbing issues in their homes. I have over 15 years’ of experience in customer service and it’s a rewarding job when I can make my clients smile. I love the team and love the culture here at MCP. I enjoy spending time with my family and creating memories with my new grandson! I strive to build trust and strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
