Immediately identified the problem, offered a solution, and implemented all in one day. We finally have hot water again! I’ve used Mike Counsil plumbing for a a number of jobs now (some of them _very_ big) because they come through and get the job. I’ve encountered too many flaky plumbing companies, but these guys deliver.
